  Nie można było składać zamówienia przez kiosk, tablica nie wyświetlała nr zamówienia a leniwa, niedoinformowana i nieogarnięta obsługa nawet nie wiedziała dlaczego oraz pomyliła skład zamówienia - zamiast sałatki dała frytki 🤯 a ceny jak w prawdziwej burgerów ni w centrum miasta 🤑 Na dokładkę zamówienie wpakowali do torby a jak powiedziałem, że chcemy zjeść na miejscu to podłożyli tackę pod torbę z jedzeniem (jak na wynos ale z tacką) 🤬

  5 halloumi fries - £5, quid each, look at the state of them, pathetic. I'd complain directly but it takes about 8 weeks for a reply and even then you only get 'king points' that you have to redeem by downloading their shabbite app

  If you like burgers, you can never really go wrong at burger king, I must say I do prefer their burgers over some of the competition (not naming any names) and this one's my local. I've been here more than a few times since it open and I always get such lovely staff, very helpful and friendly, and on this occasion I was helped by the manager Emily, who was just the friendliest, most helpful lady, we had a good laugh and she helped me make a manual till order as the ice creams werent on the tablet. We are forever being more isolated in this day and age, and having someone so lovely and so welcoming really makes your whole day and sometimes can make someone's whole week. Thank you Emily for being such a rock star, you turned a bad day around with your lovely attitude and conversation! Keep it up. Oh and my previous visit, there was the cheeriest gentleman on the drive thru who helped decipher me asking for a "blue iced frappe thing" he figured it out and we had a good laugh, dunno his name but he was so friendly and kind!
