  I was here with my sister and we absolutely loved it. The food is amazing and the staff is super nice. I would totally eat here again!

  I ordered eight boneless wings and chose "original" flavour . Service was good staff was friendly chicken wings were tender however it was too salty to the point where I had to sip coke with evert bite . It was almost unpalatable.

  Had the boneless garlic parm and Hawaiian chicken wings. The garlic parm was nice but I didn’t think it was quite strong enough of a garlic flavour. The Hawaiian was better, really nice tangy sauce. The staff were nice and helpful and the food wasn’t too much of a wait.

  Ordered from Wingstop through Deliveroo and was very disappointed, to say the least. The food arrived in around 20 minutes, which wasn’t the issue. However, when it arrived, the food wasn’t even hot — it was only lukewarm. The chips were also dry, stale, and full of condensation from the heat trapped in the box. I had ordered Cajun fries, but instead received plain fries with Cajun seasoning unevenly thrown on afterwards. It was obvious the seasoning hadn’t been added properly during cooking and was just sprinkled on at the end. It honestly seemed like they had run out of proper Cajun fries and hoped I wouldn’t notice rather than making a fresh batch. Considering, the duration of the order had arrived, there really shouldn’t have been these kinds of mistakes. On top of that, there were also a few fatty bits in some of the chicken I received. Another issue was with the delivery itself. The delivery driver shown on the app was listed as a female called Nicola, but when the order arrived it was actually a male. I also couldn’t track the delivery properly because the tracking only became active when they were around five minutes away. I’m especially not happy considering I spent £31.96 on this order. I’ve eaten at a few other Wingstop locations before and the standard of food has been a lot better than what I received from this store. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from this store again. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

  Mixed experience at Wingstop. The food was slightly above average, nothing special. What really stood out was Dipanjana. She was friendly, attentive and made the visit worthwhile. She’s the only reason I’m giving the rating I am. She deserves five stars on her own. Unfortunately, the manager came across as quite rude, especially toward staff, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable.
