  Awful experience for my birthday, ruined by insulting staff and rude management at the Wagamama Liverpool ONE branch.I went there yesterday with my husband and son to celebrate my birthday. When we arrived, I asked for a table outside. The waiter claimed there were no seats outside, even though I could clearly see lots of empty tables. When I pointed this out, the waiter turned to my husband—who was wearing glasses—and insultingly called him four eyes, asking if he could see any seats outside. He acted like it was a joke, but calling a paying customer four eyes is completely unacceptable and rude.We were eventually seated outside and ordered chicken wings for a starter, plus chicken and prawn yaki soba with sides of pink pickles and prawn crackers for our mains. The main course arrived before the starter and without any sides. When we politely pointed out that food is usually served in order, the waitress was dismissive and rude, telling us she had worked there for five years and that food just comes out whenever it is cooked. When we asked for a manager, a woman named Monika arrived around ten minutes later, gave no introduction, and abruptly asked if we wanted to speak to her. When we explained the issue, she was completely obnoxious with an awful attitude and defended the poor service.We paid our bill and had to ask the waiter to write the manager's name on the back of our receipt. A thoroughly unpleasant visit, and we will not be returning after years of coming here.Would you like me to adjust the length or tone of this review before you post it?

  Wagamama has been my go-to for katsu curry for a while now 😋 I tried the ramen once, but it was a “NO” for me 🙈 Since then, I’ve stuck to the rice dishes — at least I know I’m getting my money’s worth! The service today wasn’t great — it felt rushed and a little unfriendly. 😏 Also tried the beef brisket bao buns and hot honey chicken today — both delish.

  Had such a lovely experience at Wagamamas yesterday! We were served by Wunzy who was so lovely, always a smile on her face and came to us and other tables so quick! Food came speedy as usual and everything was so lovely. We both had the Teriyaki soba (one steak and one chicken) and it was so nice! Will definitely be coming back and hope to see Wunzy again.

  We had the ramen with grilled chicken. Food was lukewarm and there was no taste to it. I added all the spices at the table and didn't help much with taste. Staff member wasn't really interested to hear why food was left after just spoonfuls being eaten. Asked for takeaway container and the one given the lid wasn't closing so left it at the table. Wouldn't recommend.

  Food was brilliant and the staff even more so, mimi was our personal server she was brilliant all evening, so polite and extremely helpful even though she had to deal with a really obnoxious customer from a large group who were really rude and demanding all evening, so hats off to mimi and the rest of her team this evening they was brilliant
