  I went today with me husband and grandmother and the service was amazing, we were served from a girl who I think has a Newcastle accent /long hair tied back - this was at about 12ish she was fantastic, really friendly, attentive (but not too much) and very polite. Food was amazing also, cooked just right, probably the best I’ve had in a very long time compared to the other Liverpool branches. Chef 100% and waitress 100% and it was very noticeable in comparison when we went to the Costa facing and found the exact opposite in terms of customer service / quality of the shop, they could take lessons from the service today.

  i visit here a lot and i’ve been served by Sam a few times, love wagamamas anyway but her friendliness and energy just makes the experience 10x better! and i love the steak teriyaki noodles

  Terrible experience at the Edge Lane Wagamamas. I had to send two green teas back because both cups were dirty. When my food arrived, I found a hair in it. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I usually visit the City Centre or Speke branches, and I've never had any issues there. Unfortunately, I definitely won't be returning to the Edge Lane branch. That said, I don't want to take anything away from the manager, who was very apologetic and handled the situation professionally. His customer service was 10/10 and he was kind enough to give me vouchers.

  Visited today at around 1:00 pm. I regularly eat at Wagamama, usually at other branches, and this was my first visit to this particular location. I was surprised because I normally associate Wagamama with very good customer service. The first pot of hot water contained a large amount of visible flakes and debris, as shown in the attached photos. I did not drink it. A second pot was then provided, but I again noticed visible particles in the water, so I did not drink that one either. The overall service was also disappointing. A customer at another table asked a staff member for a fork. He told her that the forks were on the table but did not assist her, so she eventually had to get up and find one herself. This experience was far below the standard I expected from Wagamama. Management should investigate the hot-water equipment, cleaning procedures and customer service at this branch.
