  Food prices have gone up massively yet the quality has dropped immensely. You can literally taste how cheaply the food is now. We use to come here all the time but left feeling massively disappointed. We were asked if we could finish our drinks as they had another booking - yet they hadn't brought out the deserts we ordered. Really poor service and left feeling like we had just been totally scammed. £250 for a substandard meal and cheap desert - could cry

  Really disappointed to be honest. We came here today for a lovely meal but was hit with a few problems that occurred during our visit. The customer service was a disgrace, they had no manners and was rude when taking our order and to top it off I spent £4.39 on a Coke Zero which came 3/4 full while the staff brought out other customers cokes full to the top. It’s a lot of money for a glass of Coke zero to be 3/4 full. Another problem occurred when the burger we ordered came out and the problem we had was the burger tasted like it had been defrosted and didn’t taste fresh at all , it had bristled bits in it and it was in my opinion one of the worst burgers I’ve tasted. At the end of the meal I asked for the bill really politely and I got no response back and the plates were taken rudely with no questions asked like are we all finished! We spent £42.35 and it was definitely not worth the money to spend in a restaurant. I recommend do not come to this place! I’ve lived in Liverpool all my life and this is by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve had.

  Went here before the MCR concert. Looked quiet inside so thought get seen pretty quick. When we got there only 1 server, they told us it would be a 10 min wait to be seated. After a while a couple more servers turned up. We got seated. Ordered food and drinks. Got our drinks then waited an hour for our food. Which wasn’t even nice. And I got the complete wrong order. None of the staff cared apart from one young girl, assume she’s a manager. The staff clearly have an issue with the male manager who was sat upstairs having fun while they were struggling. Eventually after we asked where our food was after 40 mins and the female manager came and spoke to us he came down and started to help. Clearly this restaurant needs new management.

  NEVER AGAIN !!!!!! we booked a table for 15 people , but when we arrived was told no booking existed they had put the wrong name down then we were ushered upstairs to be met with overwhelming heat as the air con wasnt working (not there fault but anyways ) wasnt a nice atmosphere at all we had 1 poor server for a table of 15 who was actually the best part of the whole experience we then ordered .... beer was warm by the time it got brought to us food was Weatherspoons quality but not weatherspoons prices i ordered a 8oz steak with loaded fries an peppercorn sauce i got a dry burnt hockey puck no loaded fries an no sauce server apologised an went to fetch them 20 mins later i got my sauce an frys... poor lad was trying his hardest but honestly the food was rubbish our server was good but thats about it... 7 people ended up with diarrhea and 2 of them are 4-5 years old dont waste ya time or money !
