- FLFluid Liverpool1 day ago1.0Used to be stocked well, however over the last few months the fridges and freezers are constantly broken so there’s so much missing. Especially for vegetarians and vegans, the plant based aisle has been unstocked quite a few times now, and usually for weeks at a time. Wouldn’t recommend going if you’re on a plant based diet!

- SCStephen CoanJun 11, 20261.0Went in tonight ,I picked up large tesco finest strawberries,a large pack of blueberries 5 bananas two loaves one Tesco finest ,large bar of cadburys fruit and nut and box of dark milk ice creams and a trifle,.When I went to the check out ,I was told by the lady standing at the conveyor " she's closing now,you'll have to use the self checkout " I asked the lady to put all the items back for me,I refuse to use self checkouts ,it was 9-05 ,I left the store .I will go to Aldi in the morning .

My family and I visited Tesco at around 2:45pm, and she provided outstanding customer service. She was incredibly kind, patient, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. She went above and beyond to assist us, and her positive attitude really made a difference to our day. It is rare to come across someone who is so genuinely caring and professional at the same time. She treated us with respect, made us feel welcome, and was a credit to Tesco. Please pass on our sincere thanks to her. Staff members like Helen are the reason customers enjoy coming back. We truly appreciate all of her help and wish her all the very best. Thank you, Helen, for your kindness and excellent service.
