staff always lie about what's in stock and pretend the app is wrong even though it isn't when they just can't be bothered to check the back

Do not shop here. How is this a Superstore? Every time I come here there’s always empty shelves and frozen section is a joke. Only 1 manned till checkout on a weekend afternoon, which forces you to use self service and “assistants” want to do anything but assist. They would rather stand and argue with you than do their job which is to assist. Massive attitude problem and very lazy.

went in this evening (wednesday 16th feb) and when i asked the female colleague upstairs in the grey jumper for help she told me to look myself and then told me to find someone else (she was removing cardboard). shocking that tesco allows such appalling customer service i will not be shopping at this store again with that kind of staff attitude.
