Never had any issues and all fridges and freezers have been working when visiting.

Visited the store for the first time this week and was really happy with my experience! 2 staff members helped me at different times and were kind/efficient: one with a price check and the other to confirm when more inventory would be available. The store was well-stocked, clean, well-lit and was a great one-stop-shop.

Lovely and helpful staff working in the store and at the tills. Unfortunately I’ve started to avoid coming here during evenings as the parking lot and entrance is usually full of feral kids and teenagers harassing people coming and going from the store. Security doesn’t seem to care unless it’s at their very doorstep. Disappointing

Very disappointing experience at Tesco Park Rd Extra, Liverpool I am a regular Tesco customer and shop at this store every week, so I was very disappointed by my experience on 24 August 2026. I went to Customer Service to exchange an item, and I clearly explained this to the staff member, Sam. She asked me to go and bring the item to the counter. When I returned, I was told that the refund had already been processed and that part of it had been returned to the Clubcard, even though I had specifically asked for an exchange. The Clubcard belongs to my wife, who was with me along with our children. We gave Sam my wife’s phone and Clubcard so she could access the account, but she was unable to do so because the account was linked to an old phone number.and that is the reason we asked for exchange. I then asked to speak to the store manager, Eaynor. Unfortunately, the situation was not resolved. During the discussion, Sam became confrontational and shouted at me. She also called me “قليل أدب”, meaning “rude/ill-mannered,” in Arabic. I found the way I was treated extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially as I am a regular customer who shops at this store every week. I hope Tesco will investigate what happened and take the appropriate action. I would like to see better customer service and more respectful treatment of customers in the future.
