  Staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited outside Tesco Express for 5 minutes while the door alarm kept beeping; another customer was waiting even longer. I simply said, “You might need to get your doors checked as we’ve been stood out here for a while.” The woman serving — short, wears glasses, mid‑50s, reddish hair — replied in a rude and condescending way. When I matched her attitude, she refused to serve me and told me to leave. I work in customer service myself, so I know this is nowhere near the standard customers deserve — she clearly needs proper training in how to treat people well. I’m 19 years old and felt completely unwelcome and unfairly treated. This is not how anyone should be spoken to or turned away.

  AVOID this store !!........went in the other night to cash-in some lottery tickets. Young Irish guy behind the counter was great and started the process but was then told to stop by a so-called duty-manager called 'TJ'. When I asked for an explanation, he was very rude, and aloof in telling me that their is a cut-off point in relation to cashing in the lottery tickets. He just didn't seem interested at all and even more so when I said that I'm going to escalate this complaint further I asked for the store telephone number in order for me to complain in which he replied that he didn't know it ??? I then asked for Tesco head office number to which he replied 'you will have to get it off the Internet'....... With that, i went to another Tesco store in Lord Street were i found the staff, in particular Megan and Kieron who were very curtious and proffesional.......

  Your staff member, Lilly, would benefit from a course on customer service. I've not met anyone as impolite in a long while.

  Costa machine never works. EVRI machine never works. Shouldn't be listed as a parcel shop
