    Lovely subway for quick food, staff are incrediboy freindly and customer service is great. The wait is often 2 minutes or less, always delicous and consistent results each time. Highly reccommend

    Blonde hair woman Is so rude and refuses to serve after 6.30 won't do subs and tells you to change the cookies ye want so she can freeze them for tomorrow, absolutely rude coffee machine is turned off everytime you go there which in my case is several times a day she says its being cleaned, huffs and puffs when you walk in cause she's mopped the floor at 5.30 when they don't shut till 7 terrible service from her She is there a good few tines a week other staff are good

    I’m happy with this Subway but unfortunately on the two occasions now that I have ordered off Uber Eats the seal has been broken and items missing. I won’t order from here now because of this and it’s a shame.

    I was served by a staff member named jamie and had a lovely conversation with the manager liv, both really lovely and friendly. 10 out of 10. Food was fresh and hot the whole experience was good. Will definitely be returning

    Nice food, but not happy with the female staff member there who was standing there staring at me looking annoyed and impatient even though I had already said I was just choosing, and of course this was very intimidating and unpleasant for me. I was the only customer in the shop which didn't help and she made me feel very uncomfortable just staring at me looking annoyed and impatient as she was clearly passive-aggressively telling me I'd better buy something and don't even think about going now. I do not feel comfortable with someone watching over me intimidating me like this, and was completely unreasonable given you are allowed to take your time choosing. The truth is I came in for cookies but they sold out so there wasnt really anything else i wanted but she put me on the spot staring at me and rushing me to buy something so i just got a drink. There was no need for this, you may think that this way you are going to force customers to buy something but in the long-run you are going to deter them. Change your attitude if you are going to work on customer service, customers are not obliged to buy something once they enter a shop. No need for this at all.
