- MGMegan GilaspyAug 7, 20262.0The food is okay and most of the staff are really lovely and do a really good job despite often being understaffed and overworked but there is one member of staff (long hair in a ponytail( who consistently and frequently ignores customers (I was stood for five minutes in an otherwise empty shop today), throws the sandwiches together with no thought to how it is supposed to be eaten, and totally ignores any requests or questions. I thought it might be a bad day at first but it seems whenever I go in it’s a bad day. When he got a delivery notification when I was waiting to pick up my online order (I wasn’t early for pickup) he punched the countertop. Once again I understand it must be a stressful job and they are understaffed but it was quite unnerving.

He works with his AirPods in and then proceeds to ask yoi to repeat your order 2 more times, he is flaky with the ingredients and never cuts the sandwich properly. This causes the sandwich eating experience to be awful and very messy. And I have experienced this multiple times! How this person is still employed I don’t know. Other staff members are friendly and I’ve never had a problem with them. Due to this staff member I have almost completely stopped going to this subway as the service is so abysmal.

Person explained they had poor mobility, but server refused and the wheelchair user had to struggle to get to the counter. Order was also wrong, ordered 2 x 6" subs and server said they ordered 4. Made the customer pay for the extra two they didn't order. disgusting.
