Very poor customer service, I am reviewing from the restaurant and the only customer, came to pick up an online order have spent 10 minutes and they are all just busy walking around even has the audacity to ask what the order name is but not bothering to check if the pizza was ready, and it was ready sitting on the shelf. Last time order took 30 minutes because no one bothered to check if the pizza was ready.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. The staff at this location are deeply unprofessional, hostile, and dirty. They exhibit clear bias and racist behavior, treating anyone outside their own nationality/group with complete disrespect. Their behavior toward food delivery drivers is appalling, they were shouting, swearing, and even trying to pick a physical fight. Absolutely zero customer service or respect for people. Avoid this place at all costs.

Quite frankly the greatest food I’ve ever had the staff they were the most friendly people I have ever met. They were the nicest people on the planet. They couldn’t have done any better. They made my experience most comfortable and most welcoming. I love them ever so much.

I think the staff here doesn't gets praised enough. Prescott Papa John's is easily one of the busiest stores since it's in the centre of uni's and student accoms and yet somehow everytime they deliver pizzas perfectly without rushing them, making sure the right quality & quantity of each. The team effort these guys pull together while working at a fast pace on busy days should be recognised more.
