- EBEdward Bjork2 days ago5.0Every day on my first week in Liverpool I tried a different Greggs, but this was the only Greggs that kept me coming back. For where i work this Greggs isn't the most convenient or nearest but the staff and overall atmosphere in the place is amazing, enough for me to look past a longer journey and keep coming back. Warren has been a very big part of my experience, never failing to make me have a better morning and always in a bright and uplifting mood. The rest of the staff have also been incredibly kind and helpful, you won't find friendlier Greggs in all of Liverpool. Service is quick and the food is good, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to Warren and all the staff for making my time in Liverpool that little bit more special!

The doughnuts were initially handed to me wrapped in paper, and when I asked if they could be put in a box, the staff member scrunched up the paper and threw it away in a rude and visibly annoyed manner. When I asked for plastic knives and forks, I was told they didn’t have any, so I had to eat the doughnuts with my hands. The cleanliness of the shop was also very poor, as you can see in the photos. All the tables were dirty, and we had to clean them ourselves before we could sit down. Poor customer service, unacceptable cleanliness, and an overall unpleasant experience. I genuinely regret visiting this Greggs branch and would not want to return.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
