WOW England flags up staff dressed in England attire. Also music was perfect all movie themes and guess the tune from tv shows and movies. We had a ball. One guy came out and cleaned up when it didn’t need doing but wiped every where down keep germs down 👍🏻 @teamwork @footballscominghome @happy customer 🚌

However, during my visit today I was appalled by the attitude of a staff member. I didn’t catch her name, but she was quite short with blonde hair and she was acting as if she was in charge. I simply asked about wedges and whether any would be out soon, only to be met with unnecessary hostility and poor customer service. A very disappointing experience that has completely tarnished what was always a positive opinion of this store.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
