  Second time visiting this Five Guys and I have to say, the experience wasn't the greatest. I will preface this by saying we did enter 5 minutes after opening but nevertheless, I expected better. The chips were fine and plentiful, however, the burgers left a lot to be desired. Having had Five Guys before, I expected the burger to at least be cooked and not raw in some places. The staff were friendly and helpful but the food, left a lot to be desired, especially for the price.

  Came here to grab a quick burger and fries before work. Order took about 25 minutes with only two employees working. The grill had about 20 burgers on it with 3 people waiting for food. I guess there must’ve been a lot of online or delivery orders ahead of me. Fries ended up being cold after I walked back to my hotel room only a few minutes away. Not really worth the price I paid (£25).

  Staff at 5 Guys at Queen Square are kind and compassionate. Ehsaan and Charlie helped me before knowing whether I will place an order. Food is tasty and dining area + toilets are spotless.
