  On the 15th of may a cashier mistakenly charged me £19 had immediately offered me a refund printed out my receipt and told me to write my number and name on it só he could refund me it’s been over a month and ive not recieved it. Customer team has been ignoring all my emails numerous attempts to recieve my money back and shut down my calls. 25th of June and I’m still trying. I’ve put off going to the store in thought they might be going through a rush hour. It can get busy as I work in hospitality also but over a month in this economy £19 ?

  I usually dont give bad reviews. But this dominos deserves it. Their staffs are unprofessional, food is worst in liverpool. I am giving one star just because of the brand name but this store deserves 0. When I raised a complaint that the food was not proper and I got stomach ache, all they said was they cook with conveyor belt. They couldnt even accept their mistake and they told to contact immediately to the number on same day, which I did. When I called that number they told to raise complaint in the app. These people are themselves not organised, one person telling one thing and other person telling another thing. The replies which you get are after some 2 days and it feels like some ai generated responses. No wonder why this store has 3.5 rating. I should have known better and ordered from Top's or papa John's which is just opposite to this store. After my last email they didnt even bother to reply to that complaint mail. Worst and most unprofessional staff i have ever seen in the UK. Dont waste your time and dont risk your health by buying a pizza in this specific outlet.
