    Wouldn’t even rate it a 1!!! Me and my friends (girls) went there last night (12th June 2026) and we ordered our food to take back to our hotel after a nice night out and it wasn’t busy when we ordered our food but as we was waiting a few people did come in. We ordered truffle bacon loaded fries, bacon and cheese chicken royal, 6 nugget meal. Well the truffle bacon loaded fries had nothing but crispy onions on it nothing else! The bacon and cheese chicken royal was just a normal chicken royal no cheese or bacon when paid extra. The 6 chicken nugget meal, the chicken nuggets were solid and stale as if they had been sat there for hours! You couldn’t even chew them they were that hard! None of this would have been a problem if we didn’t have to pay extra for it. As we work in Burger King ourselves we know how the food is supposed to taste and none of it was edible. We spend roughly £30 in there and it all has it go in the bin as it was AWFUL! We went there on Saturday 13th on our way back to the hotel and asked could we speak to a manager to explain to him about the situation and hope we could resolve something as it was a massive waste of money. As we went there we explained to the manager what we had received, he was understanding and explained that if we had a receipt he could give us a refund but as we ordered on the kiosks we didn’t collect a receipt from there thinking we wouldn’t need it. This was Completely understandable but the boy which was also there on Friday 12th June was also there last night (Saturday 13th June) and when we was explaining to the manager about the situation he was laughing in the background and saying stuff under his breath. When I asked him for a photo of his name badge ( his name was Masimba) he said to us “what you doing to do” this is a very inappropriate way to speak to people let alone customers and as we work in Burger King our selfs we know we would never speak to a customer or a person like this while on shift. We got video evidence of our food from Friday 12th which shows what we asked for and what we got which was nothing like what we had paid for/ ordered. We also got video evidence of Masimba saying to us “what you going to do”! This is absolutely awful behaviour from the members of staff on shift.
