  Drove through the drive thru for a coffee inbetween my work calls, shocked at the price of a cappuccino £3.19 - no chocolate sprinkle, in fact it was quite tasteless - had to ask for sugar and a stirrer, would have drove another mile on to mackies if I’d have known how bad it was - no thank you or nothing - server barely looked at me. Thanks for an expensive tasteless coffee - only good thing about it was that it was hot

  Very dirty, everything- tables, floors, toilet is the worst, gave a good clean before I managed to sit down at the table. Chips undercooked and cold, burger dry. Atmosphere disaster, teenager girls shouting, dancing, pushing chairs around.

  EverthiEverything was fine, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Especially Emma she was lovely, attentive, and served us really well. She greeted us with a smile and made sure everything was taken care of properly. Great service overall.

  Just wanted a quick meal, so decided to use my app but wasn’t sure so asked for help. The worker Tom was so lovely he was very helpful! Would definitely recommend as great service!

  This place was great years ago, the burgers are fine, the portion sizes have shrunk way too much, a large fries is practically a small now. Onion rings floppy, constantly pushing the cheesy jalapeno bites which are vile. The staff seemed fine, not very friendly but knew the answers to what I asked. The restaurant wasn't very clean, bathrooms were not clean, the men's didn't have toilet roll, the bins outside were overflowing, the table was sticky so I found another one which was also sticky I tried the service to take option but my food was left on counter and shouted my table number. This place is close to where I work so I want to like it and I hope they improve as it used to be a great place to visit even if it is expensive now.
