  Ordered in the BK to collect in store, get there after the match and need the bathroom, to find the place is locked up and no access to the restaurant. We had to walk into the drive through to enquire and get our order. That will be the last order.

  East Prescot Road, considering only us and another table had to ask for a table to be cleaned, then cleaned with a very wet not so clean cloth, table left soaking wet which I dried myself food not good

  Disgusting behaviour from the staff. Shouted my number but then walked away and told me 10 minutes later that they did shout me. Alls I heard is you complaining you have to make 4 burgers for the price of one whopper. Only whopper is you mate!

  I’m not too sure if they’re hiring toddlers to work at this location, but it wouldn’t surprise me. I have ordered from this Burger King location through Deliveroo several times. Nearly every time, they have just straight up ignored the order. They don’t fulfil the orders, and never even bother to cancel them or even reach out to Deliveroo or myself to inform me they’re not going to make it. It’s not even a thing g where it’s ordered too close to this store’s closing time, as they neglect these orders even when it’s ordered 1-2 hours before they allegedly ‘close’. What ends up happening on Deliveroo is that the system just cycles through riders who turn up to an empty restaurant until it gets to 10/11PM meanwhile the Deliveroo customer service reps have been trying to get into contact with this place since before they closed and they never get answer. It takes me ringing Deliveroo, them ringing the store multiple times, not getting an answer, and then only when a Deliveroo rider informs the reps that they’ve arrived at the Burger King only for it to be closed! It’s the same cycle every time. I don’t know what is wrong with the people in charge here, but this location needs to be removed from services like Deliveroo, as they evidently cannot be bothered to fulfil the orders they get on there or to change the times they’re advertised. Sort it out!!!

  Came here to have dinner with my family, but when we arrived the doors were locked, the bins were blocking the drive-thru entrance, and the chairs were already up. According to both Google and the opening times displayed on the door, the restaurant is open for dine-in until 10pm and until midnight for drive-through on Fridays. We arrived at 9:24pm, so it should have still been open. Very disappointing, especially after making the journey based on the advertised opening hours.
