  Shocking service with bad attitude refused to make a pizza on a garlic base as it was against company rules - absolute rubbish! Will not be going there again - no wonder the pace was empty ! Sort your staff out dominoes and and teach them some manners

  Can't explain how I have been treated tonight by this place before this place opened in Kirkby we used to order from old roan never had an issue this restaurant in Kirkby has been there worst experience no food delivery called the restaurant and they were saying no order manager was so rude and unhelpfull and hung up on me even though they have taken payment from me

  Popped down to the brand-new Domino’s at 3 St Chad’s Drive in Kirkby today for their grand opening, and it’s safe to say the town centre was buzzing. It is brilliant to see another big name finally opening up right in the heart of Kirkby, adding to the growing food options around here. Since it was day one, they had a proper launch event going on this afternoon with a live DJ and a surprisingly massive crowd, which gave the whole place a really exciting, festive atmosphere. ​Service-wise, the staff were friendly and clearly trying their absolute best to manage the opening-day chaos. However, because it was so busy with everyone rushing to try it out, the wait times for collection were a fair bit longer than what you would normally expect from a standard order. The team inside looked a bit stretched, but that is totally understandable for a first day while they are still finding their feet and streamlining the kitchen process. ​As for the food, the pizzas were generally decent. We ordered a Pepperoni Passion and a Texas BBQ. The toppings were generous and the cheese was perfectly melted, but the crust on one of them was just slightly overdone on the edges—likely due to the ovens running non-stop to keep up with the massive influx of opening-day orders. The garlic pizza bread, though, was absolutely spot on and piping hot. ​Overall, it’s a solid 3.5 out of 5 stars for day one. It is a fantastic, convenient addition to St Chad's Drive, and once the initial opening rush calms down and the new team gets into a proper rhythm, it’s going to be a top spot for a local treat.
