  Just been in the mall, they didn't want to take cash, said they have no change and they prefer card, shocking customer service especially from the young girl with pink hair. No wonder the place was dead. Will never go there again!!!!!!!!!

  Terrible service. Was told a 40 minute wait which was fine. Can’t see why as it wasn’t very busy, few tables in but most had or were already eating. After 50 minutes we asked where our food was, told 3 minutes. 10 minutes later one meal came out. Another few minutes and the second meal came. Didn’t get a real apology, just the excuse ‘We have 1 on in the kitchen’ and ‘I’ve got a table of 8 and table of 4’. We were then brought half a pint each as an apology (wouldn’t mind but we’d already had 2 drinks each which were pints, not halves). Food was average and small portions. ‘Cumberland sausage ring’ was 3 small sausages, luke warm. ‘Scampi and chips’ was scampi and fries, no lemon, no tartare. Won’t be returning. Could be a lovely place but let down by terrible management.

  drinks are nice, menu hasn’t got a lot of options NO CHICKEN!!! The workers are nice,food came quite quick,food comes really hot,scampi and chips are very nice rate it a 9/10, mash really nice and soft comes with extra gravy the pie is nice but could be nicer,the foods very filling

  I got a pint of Inch’s cider took it back as it was flat. So i changed it for a pint of lager that was also flat. We had some food in there i had fish & chips it took a hour to come out then when it did it was freezing cold this was accompanied with 6 chips & a penny size pot of peas. I did get it changed for another fish & chips when i complained about the food & drink I was told they were busy. They were running a pub inside & outside in the beer garden with 2 people. I was not offered a refund or anything i paid £41.00 for this service i asked to speak to the manager but was told they had gone home i won’t be going back there very disappointed.

  Food was nice but such small portions , fish was tiny, however it was lovely and chips were too but a small portion. Staff were absolutely lovely and so friendly and helpful .
