- SAShakeel ArifMay 10, 20261.0I visited McDonald’s in Stamford and ordered a coffee. I ended up waiting around 15 minutes, even though my coffee had been sitting on the counter ready for ages. After waiting a long time, I politely asked a member of staff if she could pass me my coffee because it was getting cold. Unfortunately, the lady was very rude in her response. The whole experience was disappointing and frustrating, and in the end I left the store without even having my coffee. Very poor customer service.
