  This is probably the worst drive thru I have been. Slow in paying and collecting the food. It looks like they were doing each order one by one, which caused a huge line in the drive thru.

  We ordered from here today and they forgot 2 burgers in our order. Really disappointing because we paid for everything. Please double-check orders before sending them out.

  Train your staff better! Honestly it’s not rocket science to ensure the right items go into a bag. Every single order we placed was wrong, items switched to something else that we did not order and items missing- what’s the point? I won’t be using your delivery services again, and if I am ever in the restaurant I always double check what I am given- very poor customer service, pathetic really for a brand that claims effectiveness and convenience.

  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's. I placed my order through the app expecting a quick and smooth collection. Previously, I had issues at the drive-thru where staff seemed confused about my order, so this time I chose to collect inside from the till. When I arrived, I saw my order number displayed, and within about two minutes it showed as ready for collection. However, no staff were actually handing out any food. I asked a member of staff, and she reassured me that it would be ready soon. Shortly after, my order number disappeared from the screen, but I was again told not to worry. I continued waiting, and it was frustrating to see customers who ordered after me receive their food and leave while I was still waiting. After around 15 minutes, I finally received my order. When I asked about the delay between the “ready” status on the screen and actually receiving the food, I was told there is no connection between preparation and the display system. This raises the question — what is the point of showing orders as ready if they are not actually ready for collection? I chose not to escalate the situation at the counter, but I did feel the staff member was not very receptive when I asked why my takeaway order wasn’t even prepared in a takeaway bag. Overall, very poor service and a frustrating experience. I hope management takes note and improves the system and customer service.
