  When my pizza arrived, it had completely the wrong toppings. Phoned up, staff knew what the problem was even before we told them (it has been happening a lot with sourdough pizzas; management/Head Office does not care to sort it, apparently). Took down what the order SHOULD have been over the phone like the good ol' days, and got an excellent pepperoni pizza replacement out to me pretty quickly. Having staff who can/will sort out problems with little to no fuss is like walking, talking gold. Anyone can give a flawless experience and get 5 stars, but it's how you deal with problems that really counts. They're a credit to the store. Small criticism: They automatically assumed I wanted a refund. No, I wanted my pizza! Don't just assume. Ask customers "how would you like us to resolve this?". Give us the choice. So they lose a star for that. Otherwise: Pretty great pizza. The sourdough actually tastes nice (more than can be said for other places offering "sourdough"), and they weren't stingy with the toppings either. And the replacement didn't take long to arrive, either. Thanks!

  There was a problem with the online ordering system on the evening of 14/04/2026 where it was not sending through the correct toppings. We received pizza with the wrong toppings so phoned the store up. They apologised and acknowledged that this is an ongoing issue they have fed back to their manager but has not been rectified. A refund was offered but I declined the refund and asked if they would be able to send out the correct order instead, and they obliged. We received the correct pizza 40 minutes later. Very happy with the service - what makes a difference with every business is the way complaints are handled and I think the team did amazing and was professional throughout. 5* on service and their can-do attitude. Delivery driver was friendly. The sourdough base is also surprisingly decent for a chain.

  Food was nice, won’t use again as Raj the manager has the personality of a washing line. Waited 25 minutes for an item he missed with no apology.
