  Was sat in here waiting for the time to reach 11.00 and one rude waitress came over and starting having a go, bare in mind it was not busy at all.

  Ordered a mcdonalds for my birthday, when it arrived I was missing half the food and the food was barely warm. Wont be ordering from here again. Surely it isn't that difficult to get an order right. I know mistakes happen but it happens frequently at this one

  The food is really nice from here never had problems and they used to keep seating area near the tills open on a night but last night just after I ordered food they closed that seating area which meant I had to stand in the bloody cold outside lucky it wasn’t raining but it was still wet to sit down and it was hard to stand and eat the food was still really nice but I think because I had to eat outside it meant the food got cold quite fast you should think about customers on an evening as I used to come in here with my old support staff and they always had seating open near the tills or at least get the upstairs open like it used to be

  McDonald's has really gone down hill. Ordered a big mac without pickles and still got pickles. Quality of food has really gotten bad

  DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! Worst McDonald's we have ever used. Staff are clearly not able to read and order, as there is always something missing when getting a delivery. Food is tipid at the very best of times. On multipul occasions when you put an order through it gets cancelled, but the are quick to take the funds from your account. The refund process off the back of this is ridiculous. They state up to 15 working days, and then after you have submitted your details, receipt, screen shots and explanation of your issue, you are then forced to go back and fourth via email chasing with the customer service team, this leads to a minimum of at least 20 days. For most McDonald's is a treat for the family which they can only afford on a very rear occasion, and the service you receive is diabolical. Will not be using Victoria Street Grimsby McDonald's ever again, the inadequacy for the people employed at this branch have really let the brand of McDonald's down. Finally....... Fast food !!!!!!! My arse is it.
