  Disappointing experience. The shop often feels disorganised and outdated. The area outside the entrance is frequently untidy. The Post Office service has also declined considerably, with staff rarely available at the counter compared to how it used to be. Overall, the store could benefit from significant improvements in cleanliness, organisation, and customer service.

  What poor service this store offers. After using the post office having to wait while the cashier chats happily away to a customer both having a right good giggle which there is nothing wrong in that but please ..chit chat needs to be kept out of work. By this time quiet a queue had formed the biggest percent being our elderly ones..Not Good practice . Making them wait. So a 2 or 3 minute wait turned into 13 minutes. Then going over to the counter to purchase food items..guess what yes having to wait again. The manager was serving at one till I could see at least 2 staff members mulling around the shop...are they not trained to notice customers waiting at the till..where are their customer service skills ??? So i decided to scan the questionnaire on view for customers to have their say..on doing so the supervisor notice my action and promptly called over to the staff to serve. So all in i waited around in this store to be served took the staff 23 minutes for them to serve me. This was just my experience im sure other customers have a story to tell.

  Bought Sunday Times, got home no supplements, phoned store, they checked, some did have them, some didn’t. Debbie put one behind the counter for me, very helpful and friendly.
