- GDGeorgia Denman6 days ago1.0Purposefully drove to subway to get a sandwich however ended up walking out before we even ordered due to the absolute state of staffs uniform and lack of hygiene! Was honestly so off putting made me lose my appetite… No gloves, hairnets or caps. Both girls with long hair out around all the open food. Also seemed like a hassle to them so took my custom elsewhere. Will not be using this subway again and prefer to drive further somewhere else!

When I requested a remake, she was reluctant and didn't want to redo it. The bread was undercooked—I’m not sure exactly how many seconds, but it was far too short—while the cheese and patty were both off: the patty ended up overcooked, and the cheese was barely melted. She remade the sandwich, but everything was still undercooked. Even the customer next to me noticed and sympathized, as I was clearly being ignored. I have my receipt, and I expect far better customer service, especially when I’m paying for the meal."
