  Dont usually write reviews, but after a recent visit and a member of staff with no manners then had to. Visited on a Saturday early evening, 0 trolleys available for customers as no one collecting them. Happened a few times now, so we have always got a basket, done our shopping and packed it back into the basket and one of goes to collect the bags to unload it by the door so we are out of the way. This time, as we were packing it back into the basket, without a word a rude staff member came over and started unloading it. I asked what he was doing and he said baskets arent allowed outside. I explained we are just trying to get out of the way and I will go get the bags out of the car and it wont leave the store, he just ignored me, unloaded it and walked off. Between the self service checkouts, having to dodge the employees doing the shopping for deliveries who treat customers like a nuisance and lack of anyone collecting trolleys this shop is as good as useless - but adding a rude staff member like that then we will stick to Aldi in future.

  It's a Tesco, they do all your usual stuff, friendly and polite staff

  Good store overall, but it’s a bit small to do a full big shop, if you need a lot of things just go to kings lynn tesco.
