  Great customer service from linga and yummy pizza

  The lady who served us was lovely, however, we ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides and sat in the store for nearly 40 minutes waiting for this. I believe they were making online orders first, after taking our order, however nobody spoke to us/informed us about the wait until we had been sat there around 35 minutes, and we were told they had only just started making our food. I am also pregnant, so to have to sit in a hot food store, not knowing it was going to take so long, was not great. Food was also quite bland, wouldn’t order again.

  Until recently I had only ever ordered from Dominos. A month ago I decided to try Papa Johns, and now I wish I had done so earlier! The food was amazing! So much so that we went back three more times that week! And have been numerous times since it is that good! The pizza base is much nicer, the toppings are excellent quality, cooked to perfection, best pizza we have had for a very long time. The staff are also incredibly friendly and do a great job!

  pizza was fine. service was SHOCKING. we waited an hour to get 1 pizza and 1 side at 7pm on a tuesday evening. the wait time was not communicated to us, and to the two people there with us who had both ordered for collection - the first man's order was wrong, he ordered a base for collection that they "don't have"? and the second woman's order had a specific no sauce pizza, which was made with sauce, and following a battle with the staff, her pizza was remade, but when it was being remade she had to call out and remind them to put no sauce on, as they were literally putting sauce on her pizza. not to mention she was told 10 minutes and was waiting almost an hour (before the remake) and the man was told 10 minute wait, and was waiting over half an hour (for an incorrect order). not to mention the woman serving was wearing her airpods whilst taking orders? had no hair net or gloves, apron or uniform, and had hair falling in her face whilst making the pizzas. overall a shocking experience, never faced such awful service in a restaurant let alone a chain restaurant. plus they said they weren't serving a specific side which was avaliable for order on their ubereats? would definitely not recommend due to service, would recommend ordering from dominos next door.
