My family stayed in the hotel and ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. The staff were always very friendly and welcoming. Amanda took the time to chat with my kids who loved seeing her and telling her all about how their holiday was going.

The food is always perfect. The chips are that standout service in there is very fast if it’s quieter if it’s busy it’s gonna take longer as expected. It’s a very nice laid out place. Only problem is that like random people just tend to walk in and try and get their parking validated.

My partner and I attended today at around 5pm, with 3 children. We asked for a table of 5 (in what was largely an empty restaurant) and completely empty outdoor seating area to be told “if you haven’t booked I can’t get you in”. The guy who greeted up was rude and unhelpful.

The people that work at this restaurant are really nice and helpful, especially our server, however I ordered the sunday roast dinner that we thought was a carvery but they plate it up for you and bring it to you, the turkey was absolutely dreadful, gammon was tasteless and the beef was so thin it may as well have not been on the plate. The peas were solid, but the carrots were ok, the giant yourkshire puds tasted like it had metallic taste. The coke is the tap kind and was so weak. Myself, my wife and three children hardly touched our food. Kids liked their dessert though, even though they were tiny portions. I personally wouldn't recommend this place at all. I think the meats are not right some how. You don't even see them cutting anything, definitely from frozen , possible that man made stuff.

Checked online to see if dogs are welcome, it said outside they were so drove 10 minutes to eat here. Ordered drinks and sat outside. Chose our food and went inside to place the order only to be told they didn't serve food outside and dogs weren't welcome, going against their own website (they also had dog bowls and tables outside) when challenged on this the response was "it says that online, but we tell people that we don't accommodate for dogs" Absolute joke of an establishment!
