  So just moved into the local area and decided to place a large order We checked the app and drove to ensure we were there to collect our food ( waiting time 7 minutes when we were outside) Ethan went into collect it only to be advised it had already been collected ??? Cannot believe someone was able to WALK OUT with our paid for order ??? Had to be remade and was only offered a free drink after I complained

  Great service, great food, and don’t let me forget the phenomenal atmosphere inside the shop. Makes me so happy 😁

  As you'd expect for a large fast food chain the food was ok. The customer service was ok, the staff looked quite cramped while working, some with some without face coverings, I think I counted 12 all skuttling around.
