She called it a “convenience restaurant” it’s a fast food restaurant and they did nothing but cause inconvenience. Half the menu items were unavailable, I’m vegetarian and they have no mcplant alternative at all for when it’s out so I had to go to KFC for a rice bowl which was disgusting. We waited over 40 minutes for our food and hot drinks and it was ice cold. They weren’t busy. When requesting a refund the store manager denied it because we threw the cold food away and made excuses to not give it. Thankfully a shift manager gave us the refund when we brought what food was left back and props to her she should be the store manager. Not the one on shift tonight. If I was the owner the store manager and most of the other managers would’ve got let go. Absolutely embarrassing. They don’t know how to run a fast food restaurant at all. They also didn’t put the lid on the coffee properly and my disabled mother spilt it down herself. Do not waste your money at this location!!!
