  Reported dangerous driving and Manager could not understand english and was not apologetic. He said 'no worries' and put phone down on me twice. Customer service training needed urgently.

  We've been ordering regularly (some would say far too regularly) since this place opened and never had a real problem. When there was an issue it was resolved quickly and apologetically. But not tonight. For whatever reason our online order was not 'received' but the cash was taken from our bank account. Rang the store, explained what had happened and hit a stone wall. We'll get no pizza, and we'll have to wait up to 5 days for a refund. But it gets worse - they have no record of the order, so how will they know to refund the money? Shift manager was utterly useless so we asked to speak to the actual manager, a bloke called Shrikar, another oxygen thief who point blank refused to do anything. Yes, we contact our bank, but can't until Monday. Will we order from here again? Probably, but it'll be through gritted teeth.

  No delivery option even though we've had two menus through the door. No pre-order option on takeaways either. Won't accept Paypal on the website ... are you even open?!
