  The person handling the pizza dough had extremely long fingernails when I visited today, 8 October. Honestly, after seeing that, I couldn't bring myself to eat the pizza I had ordered. I've also noticed long fingernails among staff preparing pizzas during my recent visits. The pizza was tasty in the past, but this raises serious concerns about food hygiene. I hope they take this issue seriously and pay more attention to personal hygiene, especially those who handle food directly.

  Had a takeaway from Papa Johns in Grantham tonight. Service was excellent. Had a small issue with a stuffed crust pizza and their customer service was amazing. Wonderful, helpful member of staff went above and beyond, was sorted immediately. Delicious, hot pizza, great value for money with online deals. Would recommend, highly satisfied.

  Everything tasted amazing and looked exactly as they did in the pictures online. The garlic pizza sticks tasted so creamy and I would highly recommend.

  Ordered a pizza on Uber eats to collect, I arrived and it immediately cancels on me ....the shop appears to be shut 😭

  I waited 2 and a half hours for my food. eventually they then updated deliveroo to say i have received my order, which i definitely had not, then decided to show up 20 minutes later with cold food. definitely do not recommend ever ordering from them, as i absolutely will not be again.
