  We love Wagamamas and today we came in and ordered several small plates and main which were all hot and delicious. The only downside was that there were no check backs on our food, fortunately it was fine however we have been several times before and had check backs. The restaurant wasn’t busy and the staff were gathered at the bar area chatting, which is fine and I get it, but one member of staff was swearing which was not professional and there was more than enough opportunity to do a check back given there was 4/5 staff members on the floor.

  Kaylah was amazing, she looked after us. Friendly and helpful. 5 stars. Food was amazing.

  Amazing service from Kayla, truly attentive and a good laugh. Recommend her as a server if she is in.

  Food is nice but the restaurant is really looking tired windows are dirty the floors look like they never been cleaned very tatty and why can’t we sit outside on a nice day there’s tables outside but your not allowed to use them sort it out !!
