  This store increasingly does my head in. Everything from empty shelves, stupid clubcard price shinanigans, prices always on the rise coupled with rampant shrinkflation, but most infuriating of all is you cant move for the army of tesco online shoppers who are clearly under preasure to go as fast as they can and then some, meaning they take no prisoners, just barging there way through shoppers and other staff, leaving their totes all over the place making it near impossible to navigate the isles with a shopping trolly. They are not helpful if you ask them a question, clearly fearing they will loose time they have not got to pack as many online orders as possible in the shortest possible time. Its a store thats trying to be two things at once, a customer shopping venue, and a commercial online order picking venue, where online shoppers appear to outnumber retail customers by some considerable margin. I think tesco should operate an online shop wharehouse sepratly from the retail store, there isnt room for hundreds of customers casually doing their shopping, and hundreds more home shoppers under massive time pressure, flying around the store like lunatics trying to reach the near impossible picking targets they are set. Add to that the dozens of staff trying to restock from cages in the midst of all this. Utter carnage.

  Sick to death, i use self scan for efficiency to pretty much get bag check everytime. Today 39 items on a +£250 shop. (My average amount) and Everytime I'm checked nothing is ever found to be amiss. Today enough is enough. Keep the shopping and the bags i took time to pack. I've used tesco since it was Hillards no matter where ive lived even travelling from sturton by stow to wragby road store. No longer going to be the case im going to look at an alternative chain and close down my account.
