  Omg. Don't stand where all the parcels and where I've waited for the last 6 drip off. 2 staff member took great delight in shouting who's next then serving the man from the back of the shop. The female stacking shelves verbally abused me because I didn't q from the left. But did, relent to come round and take the parcel off me. What the hell is wrong with these people. I was happy to wait my turn. And said so. What I will not tolerate is being embarrassed by rude staff. Who get a power kick off embarrassing people. Q from the left just to keep the staff happy. Then walk to the parcels end. Then do your shopping! Unbelievable!!!

  I had had to take my two and a half year old granddaughter to the baby changing facility in your store today. I have never seen such filthy and unsanitary conditions in a facility as I have seen in your store today. This led me to look closer around the store as we shopped and the store in general had unclean floors and surfaces. Quite disgusted with the conditions we found.

  There is a LIDL across the road from my Tesco Express but I still prefer to shop for brands I know . Tesco at the Forum is a clean and well laid out shop with pleasant and helpful staff. I won't be crossing the road !

  It's a good convince shop with a decent selection for its size. Can be expensive though.
