  My 2 year old was having a bad day as he had dropped his biscuits on the floor outside and was quite inconsolable. One of the ladies working in Tesco saw and gave him a small toy to cheer him up, which didn’t really work at the time as he was livid about the devastating loss of his miniature party rings, but when he had calmed down later he was delighted with it. I didn’t get her name but she had dark hair. It was a lovely gesture and I’m sorry I couldn’t thank her more at the time but I was struggling to keep hold of him due to the aforementioned party ring debacle.

  Just popped into this Tesco Express to purchase lottery tickets however, I was kept Waiting at the front of the queue whilst the Tesco employees behind the counter were having a good old chat. When they noticed me a lady behind the counter asked “how are you?” To which I replied OK now you have decided to serve me. When the Tesco employee handed me my lottery tickets not a word no thank you no please just an ignorant silence. This is not a way to treat loyal customers. I really am very disappointed by the customer service at this Tesco Express and will be taking my custom elsewhere in future.
