    This subway is honestly the worst I’ve been to. Service is absolutely terrible, stood in a queue for 30 minutes to be served, no sense of urgency from the staff, looking and acting like they can’t be bothered to be there, too busy chatting and interfering with one another’s orders. Prioritising just eat/uber orders over the customers they have in the shop because the drivers are telling them to get a move on. Having to repeat numerous times what you would like. Hardly being given any filling in your sandwich and when asking for more being told it will be an extra charge and it’s portion controlled. I will not be coming here again.

    Never had good experiences here .. mostly always see an older woman working who will do everything to make you wait until she can be bothered to serve you... Because of her I have left on multiple occasions to go have food somewhere else. However, today I came in and was served by Eric... Lovely lad who was extremely busy and was working by himself but he stopped everything he was doing to make sure I was served quickly and efficiently. Overworked and underpaid most likely but definitely has a lot of pride in his job and I have a lot of time and respect for him. Thank you Eric!

    The person serving, making the subways clearly did not want to be doing so. Attitude was awful. Shame because previous experience with different person on the counter was completely different, good service, engaging conversation

    Honestly, this is the worst Subway I’ve ever ordered from uber eats I waited over an hour for my order, and when it finally arrived, almost everything was wrong. I ordered two sandwiches, garlic bread, and Chipotle cheesy bites, and it was a complete letdown from start to finish. I specifically asked for one sandwich to be toasted with cheese, cucumber, lettuce, and light mayo — it came completely untoasted, with no cheese, and was stone cold. The second sandwich was exactly the same: not toasted at all and freezing cold, like it had just come straight out of a fridge. The Chipotle cheesy bites were even worse — they were literally cold, like they hadn’t been heated at all. Honestly felt like they might still have been frozen. The garlic bread was just as disappointing. It was basically plain bread with a bit of cheese on top — no garlic flavour whatsoever, and again, completely cold. Customer service was awful too. I couldn’t get hold of anyone to sort it out or even get an explanation after waiting that long. I actually love Subway, which makes this even more disappointing — but I definitely won’t be ordering from this specific one again. Really poor experience overall: long wait, cold food, and terrible service.
