Always seems more staff on the shop- floor than customers-- staff Always look depressed-- on the tills the 2 older men are always very good --- but today on the till around 4pm- is, the older lady with the curly hair is very morose, no / zero effort in pushing your items to you, so unless you got arms like an ape, you have to stretch for them - very lazy on her part -' & whats more annoying then that -- she NEVER asks you for your parking ticket AND your clubcard-- both sack-able offences if U ask me...can't wait till Aldi gets built....that'll buck their ideas up......

Was passing through and found pleasant staff with great service. Store is small and inadequate for the needs of Horncastle. Democracy is abused in this town with bigger stores prevented due to small minds wanting to keep things in the past. Progress will be denied forever in this place.

It's a fairly small store, with all the essentials (except toilets). What really stood out was a lady called Lesa on the tills. Her service was second to none!
