- JCJoy Childs5 days ago1.0Because they have the Monopoly in a very small town they charge what they like. Birds eye omega 3 fish fingers 10 £4.25!!! Asda £1.75. Morrisons £2.25. You can get 40 for less money in Iceland. Then " claim" every little helps. The only thing this store is helping is their vast profits.

Sadly, my experience tonight with certain staff and their couldn't care less attitude and lack of common sense and courtesy, has appalled me. It's not the best of stores, but it is local, but now I will never spend another penny in Horncastle Tesco. As for the manager, well, he certainly requires further training in customer relations, because tonight, you failed. A simple complaint of queues at the till, being ignored by till staff and lack of empathy by the management sums it all up. They have no competition in Horncastle, and it shows. All the manager is interested in is statistics and what his spreadsheet tells him, well, here is one star for customer service, that's more than you deserve.
