He is such a friendly person, and his customer care was amazing. He even personally served the pizza we had been waiting for. Given that Greg's offer HOT FOOD It's distressing to often find all the food 'currently available' was heated up a little while ago and is now lukewarm.... My ploy is simply to ask (politely) what's actually hot now, if nothing, query what's in the oven and wait for whatever it is. This way you get hot food, a random run through the extensive menu, and funny looks from the staff. Keep smiling, keep 'em guessing ;-)

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
