  Just stopped to use the toilet and grab some quick drinks, the staff were so amazing, my daughter dropped her comforter in the toilet and a female member of staff was so kind and gave her a little gift to cheer her up. On the way out a lady had dropped her phone down and outside drain and there were 2 other members of staff trying to help her retrieve it. The nicest staff ever!

  2nd time i had missing order ..which i found out at home -i had a take away. And i ordered chocolate milk and got vanilia.. the lady who packing my order was quite rude and packing it away with disrespect..

  Working away down here so used this maccies two days in a row they’ve not had ice. Just came for breakfast and was left waiting at the drive thru machine too have my order taken for 5 minutes. I was the only person in the drive thru, not sure why I would have too wait that long. When asked for ice on the second day the young girl at the window rudely told me they didn’t have any like they don’t ever put it in drinks.

  This mcdonald’s is ridiculous and it’s clear the staff has been changed. got a basic cheeseburger just to come into the car and it had grease all over it, took it back and got a replacement just to then for that one not to have ketchup or mustard this time, and had onions yet i told them not to put any. Also had a sweet chilli wrap, just for the chicken to be chewy and not even taste like sweet chilli. Might be worth getting the staff retrained.
