- AWAneta WsZAug 4, 20261.0I was scammed! On 3 August 2026 at around 7:00 pm, I placed an online order through the Coop website for £37. The order arrived, but it was NOT complete. Out of the 14 items I ordered, 8 were missing, including the most expensive items in my order. Instead, I received someone else's shopping bag. I checked the prices on your website. The items I received were worth only £7.45, while the missing items from my order were worth £26.31. So I ended up with a bag full of cheap, awful snacks while someone else got my much more expensive shopping FOR FREE. The bag I received was not even labelled with my name. My partner called the store twice. The employee lied and said my order would be sent out shortly. That never happened. During the second call, he said it would be sent the next morning. That never happened either. When my partner called again the following day, the employee simply said that since the order had not arrived, we should make an official complaint. So even now, nobody at this terrible store is taking responsibility for mixing up the bags and failing to deliver my order. As a result, I have received neither my order nor my money. I also sent an email to the store, but nobody even bothered to reply. This is a scandal!. It is daylight robbery. The employee who lied to my partner not once, but twice, should lose his job. I am very disappointed and angry because you were my favourite shop. Now I don't even want to see you anymore. You have no right to cheat people! You are shameless!

Went to pay for my shopping, same young lady served me, no eye contact, shoved the change into my hand and walked off. Usually excellent customer service in this store, very disappointing
