  Visited the store on 26/05/26 around 6:15pm to order a pizza in person. I have ordered in store before, but the guy working near the pizza oven told me very rudely that it was “online orders only.” I asked since when, and he replied aggressively, “since now.” I placed the order online and returned to collect it around 6:40pm. When I gave my name to the same employee, he first said there was no order under that name, then checked the board and said it was not ready yet — again in a very rude and angry manner. I asked why he was being so rude, explaining that earlier he had refused to take my order in store and now he was behaving rudely again. He replied that they were “very busy.” I then asked for his name, but he refused to give it. I asked to speak to the manager, and he said that he was the manager. I am leaving this review for management to identify the employee involved and take appropriate action. Customers should be treated with basic respect, even during busy periods.

  Friendly staff, clean place. Pizza was nice and hot, tastes lovely.

  Walked for 20 minutes to get there, to find they don't accept cash (legal tender) extremely poor

  Rude staff , ordered for delivery been waiting an hour rang then to try and ask how long and before I actually got to ask they cut me off and where very rude

  Just got off the phone with them about an order not being delivered and me waiting for if for close to 2 hours. They told me it had been sent back to the store, no phone call or update on the app that it was trying to be delivered mind you. I asked for a refund or a re-delivery and they proceeded to say no we are busy. Only order if you feel like throwing money away.
