Counter assistant argued with me over a little pot of ketchup stating she was not allowed to give me 2 ...but I was entitled to 2 more as I ordered extra nuggets but of course , she would rather stand there trying to look big in front of her colleagues over a pot of ketchup and told me I would have to pay for it . I've just spent 20 quid so no I'm not goung to pay for sauce . You don't have to pay for sauce in any other resturant . Absolute joke .

It’s a shame… I’ve stopped here before and had a good meal… decided to do it again… sadly it was not a good experience. A small portion of chips in a Medium container and when I queried it I was given even fewer… then to make matters worse I popped back to ask about the burgers that were cold and incorrect (I know mistakes happen..!) to find two members of staff talking about me and how I’d brought the chips back, mockingly, behind the counter. Worst McDonald’s experience in my many years of visiting… I’ll stop at the nearby garage to charge my car, but next time I’ll be stopping at KFC, Starbucks, or Greggs which are here instead!!
