    I called in to request no ice in my drink order, which I made through Deliveroo and they said that they were too busy to even look for my order 🫨 This company must be making too much money for them too believe that they can get away with this type of bad service.

    Awful! Soggy, cold and limp fries, cold Big Macs and one Big Mac had no sauce in it! Very disappointing. Just to add, this is the McDonald’s kitchen whilst Wakes Rd is being refurbished and I’d give it zero stars if I could!
