I purchased some items that were the wrong size (my fault) and returned them to the store. I explained my predicament and asked if i could have goods to the value as i did not require a refund. Firstly he said we don't sell the items you have returned (tesco head office confirmed they were on sale there for several years) he said he would ask his boss and call me 2 weeks passed no call i rang the store and was promised a reply within 24 hours now months later still no call. We were loyal customers for 38 years never again will we shop there.
