  Just gave Tesco Shelthorpe a try and would not go back! I asked the young lad about using my points as in Sainsbury's you can take points off your bill he said get the app or stick to Sainsbury's😡 I then said how cold it was especially near the fridges and he said well put more clothes on I just laughed and said well it's hot outside! Absolutley shocking customer service😡 Oh and I asked the lady doing the milk section if she had Red Cravendale she said No and i found it on the top shelf! Dreadful experience😨

  Not coming back after going there waiting for my new disability badge but any one else who sees me can tell I'm very disabled I used to 600 per month now after getting a parking ticket there sales have dropped

  I would like to thank Daniel in the mobile phone dept, he was very kind and patient, in helping me to sort my phone out this morning, he greeted me as soon as i walked into his domain, and he didnt make me feel like a clueless pensioner, he was polite and so helpful, you should employ more staff like him! he is a credit to your store, and to his parents. Thank you once again Daniel
