If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. I ordered from here for the first time, and it will certainly be the last. The delivery driver was downstairs buzzing the bell, and unfortunately his English was very difficult for me to understand over the phone. I therefore called the store directly and politely explained that I had recently had back surgery and was currently unable to mobilise properly or walk a significant distance. I simply asked whether the driver could bring the food upstairs to my door on the second floor. The response I received was honestly shocking. There was absolutely no empathy or attempt to help. I was simply told: “No. You can just cancel the order.” That is not customer service. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable or trying to take advantage of anyone. I was explaining that I was physically unable to come downstairs and was asking for a small amount of understanding. As someone who owns a business myself, I understand that customers should be treated with basic respect, empathy and kindness. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. A business shouldn’t only care about taking someone’s money; the way you treat people, especially when they’re vulnerable and genuinely need a little help, matters too. I would never expect anyone to go beyond what is reasonable, but there was no kindness or willingness to find a solution whatsoever. Telling a customer who has just explained that they cannot physically mobilise properly to simply cancel their order says a lot about the level of customer care at this place and this persons lack of humanity. First order, last order. I certainly won’t be supporting this business again.

Order from here for delivery constantly but don't normally visit, decided to pick up takeaway on the way home and it seemed really nice inside with an open kitchen area which was pretty cool

Tasty hot honey pepperoni and vegi supreme stuffed crust! Good margarita can’t go wrong with a cheeky dominos! 😁
