  We visited Wagamama in Leicester today and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our server, Jakub, was absolutely first class. Friendly, professional and genuinely attentive throughout our visit. Nothing was too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was excellent, fresh, tasty and served promptly. We also needed a takeaway meal prepared for our daughter, who has a nut allergy, and Jakub took great care to ensure this was handled properly and safely, which was hugely appreciated. Outstanding customer service is becoming increasingly rare, but Jakub delivered exactly that. A real credit to Wagamama and one of the best service experiences we’ve had in a long time. Thank you, Jakub, and the whole team. We’ll definitely be back.

  Lovely place and brilliant service the only slight let down was a hair in my rice but it was very quickly sorted out so it was not a problem the food was tasty and fresh as always looking forward to coming back the prawns were very nice and the edamame were delicious!

  Wagamama is always a great treat for dinner, or lunch. We went for dinner and our server was Ellie, she was welcoming, explained the new menu really well, provided professional and friendly service ensuring we’ve got everything we need. Ellie is a great asset to Wagamama Leicester, thanks Ellie and the rest of the team for a great experience.
