  Second time trying here for a Costa express. First time no sugars or stirrers, this time not even any medium or large cups so no cappuccino for me

  I'm very disappointed with Tesco as a company due to it not having a more accessible complaints department .my car being damaged at the Oadby branch due to work man had cut down the bushes but left dtubs that cannot be detected with my car sensors and damaged my bumper . Its taken weeks abd when I have contacted Tesco after being sent from pillow to post.i eventually spoke with a pleasant lady who gave me an incident number and stated that someone would contact me in 48 hours .Still waiting and that was two weeks ago. Its disgraceful that there isn't a more accessible way of even having a complaints department email address. But there's nothing. Very poor customer/complaints service with this company.
